Can Internet Network Marketing Save Your MLM Home Business?
Hi everybody. Its been over a month since my last post but we just added Austin Taylor (3/20/09) to our family so it has been a little hectic around the house.
Lets talk about internet marketing and why it is so important to a small business owner whether you are in MLM or not. Times are tough and people are looking for new ways to market their businesses and reach more people. Network Marketers are reaching out to prospects across the globe using the internet.
Are you involved with a network marketing team that is still preaching old school chasing down people marketing? Hey, it does work for about 3% of people. But for the 97% it doesn’t work for (me included) what else is there to do?
Albert Einstein described “Insanity as doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
Yet, most up lines will tell you to keep doing it their way, and work harder, cold call more people, buy more leads, keep sending people to that useless company provided website, blah, blah, blah!
Then, as a extra special bonus you get to plug into a weekly pep talk call where one of the big earners gives you a motivational speech to keep you going. He doesn’t teach you anything but he gives you hope. Hope does not pay the bills!! You need skills! You need to learn how to use attraction marketing to bring prospects to you.
The Internet is changing the way people are marketing their MLM home business and you need to get on board now!
You may now have reached the point where you have 2 choices. Walk away and kiss off your investment or change the way you market your opportunity to people. what if you could learn how to use the internet to attract prospects to you? What if instead of chasing people they were chasing you for information about you and your opportunity? This is not a pipe dream and thousands of failing network marketers are turning their home business around by throwing away the old way of doing things and jumping online.
Internet Network Marketing is still in its infancy and it is only a matter of time before everyone is marketing this way. The problem is finding the right training tools and remaking your marketing plan.
Here is a brief list of what you need to learn in order to build your MLM home business using internet marketing.
1. Your own domain names – stop using that company provided replicated website.
2. Building capture pages – provide good information and get people contacting you.
3. Social Media – do you have a facebook account? What about YouTube, Twitter, Myspace or a Squidoo lenz? Are you blogging?
Those are just 3 areas you must learn to turn your MLM home business around. It will take time to learn all this stuff but if you are patient and learn a little at a time you will start to see results. As you learn new skills you can teach them to your downline and help them become successful.
The bottom line is that if you are willing to start learning how to use internet marketing you can save your MLM home business. Stop waiting for your upline to help you and get moving today!
